Optional — most permit offices don’t ask for it. Your report is produced in ACCA-approved software (Wrightsoft Right-Suite), which is what the code (IRC M1401.3) requires — it does not require a seal — and we sign every report as preparer. If your office does want a licensed seal, the engineer or architect who seals your drawing set can seal the report we deliver — nothing extra to pay us. Choose this only if nobody on your project holds a licence in that state. Which states require a seal?
