How it is priced

Commercial work is not sold at a list price, because no two commercial buildings carry the same scope. Floor area, the number of systems, how many distinct space types there are and how much the drawings actually tell us all change the work involved — so quoting per project is the only way to be accurate rather than approximately right.
What you get instead is a flat, all-in figure agreed before anything starts, usually back within 2 business hours of receiving your plans. No hourly billing, and no fee that grows once the work is under way.
